HEALTH INSURANCE OFFER

"Košarkaški klub Prule", the organizer of 6th World Maxibasketball Championship, has reached an agreement with Vzajemna, Mutual Health Insurance Company, who will offer health insurance for the participants of the Championship.

Health insurance cover includes the expenses for the health care services and drugs issued on prescription in the case of urgent medical treatment caused by illness or injuries in the time of Championship. If the health insurance is not concluded, all costs related to health care services have to be paid directly to the health service provider. We recommend you to conclude health insurance because health care services in Slovenia are very expensive.

In accordance with the duration of the World Championship, which will be held from 18th to 26th of August 2001, we offer you health insurance with the indemnity period for 10 or 15 days. It is possible to conclude individual or group health insurance.

Health insurance premium

Health Insurance covers the expenses for medical treatment up to the limit of 7.500 DEM (approximately 3.274 USD) and the cost of urgent transportation up to 2.500 DEM (approximately 1.091 USD). Health Insurance Limits are valid for the time of insurance, in accordance with insurance terms.
