are living in the country.
- Blood nationality, those people that even having a new
citizenship, (leaving in
other country), they still have the born nationality.
In both cases they can play.
e.g.
I am living in Ljubljana, even I am Argentinean: I can play
for Slovenia.
e.g. I have my USA citizenship but I have been born in Argentina:
I can play for
Argentina.
In both cases the player has to choose, but both are acceptable.
